REFUND POLICY
By checking out with a successful purchase you agree to our Refund Policy.
If you receive a damaged item please contact info@shopnikka.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds are not permitted. All sales are final.
We accept returns for same item exchange only, on full price items and within 7 days of delivery receipt on domestic orders only.
All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
Custom items are not accepted for returns.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. NIKKA boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with order number.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return and exchange to be processed. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Our portal will always offer you the most affordable rate, however, you can return your items back to us via a chosen courier/postal service. We advise you to use a trackable service and retain proof of postage for your records as we are not liable for any items which are lost in transit.
